An agenda is a set of aims or objectives for any participant in a role-playing game. It may be stated or unstated.
Types of agenda[edit | edit source]
- A creative agenda is the reason a given player (including a GM) wants and chooses to play a role-playing game.
- The GM agenda of a given role-playing game is the stated set of goals of that game's GM, and the framework within which the GM is permitted to act.
- A player agenda of a given role-playing game is the set of goals for players (either including the GM or not) to best engage with the themes of the game and get the most out of playing it.
