A succubus in Dungeons & Dragons 4th edition.
A succubus is a demon or fiend in female form, or a supernatural entity that appears in dreams and takes the form of a woman in order to seduce men, usually through sexual activity. The male counterpart to the succubus is the incubus. Succubi and incubi sometimes appear as monsters or characters in fantasy role-playing games.
In Dungeons & Dragons, succubi were considered demons (chaotic evil) from original edition to v 3.5, but were reclassified as devils (lawful evil) in 4th edition, then reclassified again as neutral fiends in 5th edition.
